Almôndega de Carne de Soja

Almôndega de Carne de Soja

Ingredientes

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de proteína texturizada de soja (PTS) granulada
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de água
  • 1 xícara (chá) de Sakura Tradicional
  • Purê de duas batatas grandes (400g)
  • 3 ovos
  • 4 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
  • Óleo para fritar
  • ¾ xícara (chá) de queijo ralado

 Molho:

  • 2 ½ xícara (chá) de polpa de tomate
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de água
  • 1 tablete de caldo de legumes
  • Salsinha picada a gosto

Modo de preparo

  1. Hidrate a PTS com a água e com ½ xícara de chá de Sakura Tradicional por 20 minutos.
  2. Em uma tigela grande coloque o purê, os ovos, a PTS hidratada, ½ xícara de Sakura Tradicional e a farinha. Misture bem.
  3. Aqueça o óleo em frigideira grande, e frite as almôndegas em colheradas até cozinhar por dentro e dourar por fora.
  4. Pegue uma panela, coloque os ingredientes para o molho e mexa até ferver.
  5. Depois de pronto jogue o molho por cima das almôndegas, polvilhe com o queijo ralado e leve para o forno por 10 minutos até gratinar. Sirva em seguida.

Dica: Se preferi substitua a PTS por carne moída.
