Espetinho de Frango e Chipotle

Espetinho de Frango e Chipotle

Ingredientes

Espetinhos:

  • 1 colher (sopa) de Mostarda Kenko (15 g)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Sakura Tradicional (30 ml)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Molho de Pimenta Chipotle Kenko (18 g)
  • ½ colher (sopa) de Molho de Alho Kenko (8 ml)
  • ½ colher (sopa) de cachaça (8 ml)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite (30 ml)
  • 1 pitada de cominho
  • 450 g de peito de frango em cubos
  • 1 tomate em cubos
  • 1 cebola em cubos
  • 1 pimentão amarelo em cubos
  • 6 espetinhos para churrasco

Molho:

  • 100 g de geleia de damasco
  • ½ colher (sopa) de Molho de Pimenta Chipotle Kenko (7 g)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão (15 ml)

Preparo

Espetinhos: 

  1. Misture a Mostarda Kenko, o Sakura Tradicional, o Molho de Pimenta Chipotle Kenko, o Molho de Alho Kenko, a cachaça, o azeite e o cominho com um batedor de arame (fouet) até ficar homogêneo.
  2. Coloque esse molho sobre os cubinhos de frango e misture. Leve à geladeira por 2 horas.
  3. Monte os espetinhos intercalando um cubo de cebola, um de tomate, outro de pimentão e o frango já temperado.
  4. Aqueça uma chapa ou frigideira rasa em fogo médio e grelhe os espetinhos, virando-os para dourar toda a superfície.

Molho:

  1. Misture a geleia com o Molho de Pimenta Chipotle Kenko, o suco de limão e 3 colheres (sopa) de água. Sirva com os espetinhos.

Rendimento: 6 espetinhos

Tempo de preparo: 30 minutos

Dica: antes de montar os espetinhos, molhe os palitos para que eles não queimem ao grelhar o frango.

Variação: substitua a geleia de damasco por geleia de laranja, abacaxi ou frutas amarelas.
