Marmitinhas de Frango

Ingredientes

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de Arroz Especial Sakura
  •  Â½ pimentão vermelho
  • 8 floretes de brócolis congelado (120 g)
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de Molho Barbecue Teriyaki Blue Dragon (60 g)
  • 10 cenouras baby (40 g)
  • 8 floretes couve-flor congelados (120 g)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) Molho tipo Indiano Curry Blue Dragon (30 g)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite (30 ml)
  • 2 peitos de frango em tiras (700 g)

Preparo

  1. Lave o arroz repetidamente, mexendo sempre com as mãos e trocando a água até que ela saia transparente. Escorra e cozinhe o arroz com 3 xícaras (chá) de água em fogo baixo. Espere secar, tampe e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.
  2. Divida o azeite em duas frigideiras, aqueça-as em fogo alto e doure um peito de frango em cada uma. Coloque o pimentão e o brócolis em uma delas e as cenouras com a couve-flor em outra, mexendo até cozinhar. Adicione o Molho Teriyaki à primeira e o Molho Curry à segunda, misturando até envolver bem os ingredientes.

Tempo de preparo: 40 minutos

Dica: divida os frangos e o arroz em 4 marmitas e refrigere!
