Frango Natalino com Barbecue

Ingredientes

  • 8 colheres (sopa) de Molho Barbecue com Mel Kenko
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Sakura Light (30 ml)
  • 300 g de cebola pérola
  • 2 maçãs cortadas em 4 pedaços
  • ½ maço de salsinha picada finamente
  • 1 frango temperado

Preparo

  1. Em uma tigela, misture 6 colheres (sopa) de Molho Barbecue, o Sakura Light, a cebola pérola e as maçãs. Com metade desta mistura, recheie o frango. Use um barbante para amarrar as coxas e as asas, fechando bem o frango para o recheio não sair.
  2. Pincele 2 colheres (sopa) do Molho Barbecue por todo o frango.
  3. Em uma assadeira, coloque a outra metade da mistura e disponha o frango sobre ela. Feche com papel alumínio e leve ao forno preaquecido a 200 ºC por 1h30. Retire o papel alumínio, devolva ao forno até terminar de dourar e sirva.

Dica: acompanha arroz com amêndoas laminadas.
