Yakissoba Sakura

Yakissoba Sakura

Ingredientes

  • 250 g de Macarrão Instantâneo para Yakissoba Nissin (2 placas)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
  • 200 g de peito de frango em cubos ou fatias finas
  • 200 g de carne bovina em cubos ou fatias finas
  • 400 g de verduras e legumes picados: acelga, repolho, couve-flor, brócolis, broto de feijão, cenoura, pimentoes e cebola – aproximadamente 6 a 7 xícaras (chá)
  • 100 g de Cogumelos em Conserva Kenko fatiados
  • 300 ml de Molho Yakissoba Sakura
  • 2 colheres (sopa) Óleo de Gergelim Kenko

Modo de Preparo

  1. Cozinhe o macarrão conforme as instruções da embalagem (cuidado para não cozinhar demais, a massa deve ficar “al dente”). Escorra a água e reserve.
  2. Aqueça o óleo em uma panela grande, coloque as carnes e refogue. Quando estiverem levemente cozidas, acrescente as verduras e legumes, iniciando pelos mais duros, e por último, os Cogumelos em Conserva Kenko. Adicione o Molho Yakissoba Sakura e misture.
  3. Em seguida, acrescente o macarrão reservado e o Ã“leo de Gergelim Kenko. Misture novamente e desligue o fogo. Sirva em seguida.
