Cozido de Legumes com Missô

Ingredientes

  • 4 colheres (sopa) de óleo (60 ml)
  • 2 cebolas picadas finamente (400 g)
  • 5 dentes de alho picados
  • 1 batata doce picada em cubos médios (150 g)
  • 2 cenouras fatiada (300 g)
  • 1 brócolis cortado em pedaços pequenos (400 g)
  • 16 unidades de vagem (160 g)
  • 1 L de água
  • 1 garrafinha de leite de coco (200 ml)
  • 6 colheres (sopa) de Missô Shiro (120 g)
  • 200 g de castanha de caju laminadas
  • ½ maço de agrião higienizado

Modo de preparo

Em uma panela em fogo médio, aqueça o óleo e doure levemente a cebola. Adicione o alho e deixe dourar. Acrescente a batata doce, as cenouras, o brócolis e a vagem e refogue por mais 5 minutos.

Coloque a água e deixe cozinhar até que os legumes estejam macios, mas ainda um pouco resistentes ao toque de um garfo, por cerca de 20 minutos. Desligue o fogo, peneire os legumes reservando o caldo da cocção e leve ao liquidificador com a batata doce, o leite de coco e o Missô Shiro.

Volte o caldo para a panela, misture os legumes e deixe cozinhar por mais 5 minutos para apurar o caldo.

Finalize com as castanhas de caju e as folhas de agrião.
