Salada de Mandioquinha

Salada de Mandioquinha

Ingredientes

  • 2 cenouras cozida em cubos
  • 1 xícara (chá) de vagem cozida em fatias
  • 350 g de mandioquinha cozida em cubos
  • 1 cebola roxa em cubos
  • 2 colheres (chá) de sal
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Vinagre de Arroz Kenko
  • 2 tomates cortados em gomos
  • 3 ovos cozidos e cortados em gomos
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de cebolinha picada
  • Molho para Salada Rose Kenko a gosto

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela coloque a cenoura, a vagem, a mandioquinha e a cebola roxa. Tempere com o sal, o azeite e o Vinagre de Arroz Kenko. Reserve.
  2. Em um recipiente raso disponha os gomos de tomate e os ovos nas bordas, despeje a mistura de legumes no centro, salpique a cebolinha picada e sirva com o Molho para Salada Rose Kenko por cima.

Dica: Experimente também os outros Molhos para Salada Kenko.
