Bolinho de Tofu com Cenoura

Bolinho de Tofu com Cenoura

Ingredientes

  • 3 ½ xícara (chá) de água
  • 1 ½ colher (sopa) de manteiga
  • 5 ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
  • ½  xícara (chá) de Missô Aká
  • Farinha de trigo para empanar
  • 2 ovos
  • Farinha Panko para empanar  
  • Óleo para fritar.

Recheio:

  • 400g de tofú amassado
  • 1 ½ colher (chá) de Curry Kenko
  • 1 colher (chá) de sal
  • 1 ½ colher (sopa) de orégano
  • 1 cenoura pequena ralada

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma panela grande, ferva a água. Adicione a manteiga e aos poucos a farinha de trigo e o Missô Aká. Mexa até que a massa desgrude da panela, fique lisa e homogênea.
  2. Misture todos os ingredientes do recheio e reserve.
  3. Coloque a massa em um recipiente liso e com uma faca divida em pedaços pequenos.
  4. Amasse os pedaços com as mãos, recheie e faça o formato de sua preferência.
  5. Passe os bolinhos na farinha de trigo, nos ovos batidos e na Farinha Panko  e frite em óleo quente. Sirva em seguida.

Dica: Recheie o salgadinho com Palmito Picado Kenko, requeijão e temperos a gosto.
