Creme de Aspargos

Creme de Aspargos

Ingredientes

• ½ colher (sopa) de óleo
• ½ xícara (chá) de bacon picado
• 1 colher (sopa) de Tempero Caseiro Kenko
• 100 g de aspargos em conserva
• ½ litro de água
• 1 ½ colher (sopa) de Misso Shirô
• 3 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho
• 1 lata de creme de leite
• 1 tablete de caldo de carne ou bacon

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma panela média aqueça o óleo em fogo alto. Refogue o bacon, o Tempero Caseiro Kenko e os aspargos. Reserve.
  2. Em um recipiente misture a água, o Misso Shirô e o amido de milho, despeje sobre o refogado e cozinhe até engrossar.
  3. Em seguida, adicione o creme de leite e o caldo de carne ou bacon. Misture e sirva em seguida.

Variação: Para conferir um sabor picante, experimente acrescentar gotinhas de Molho de Pimenta Bravo no prato de sopa.
