Hambúrguer Vegetariano com Molho Barbecue Picante

Ingredientes

• 1 xícara (chá) de proteína de soja texturizada fina
• 6 colheres (sopa) de Sakura Light
• 1 e ½ xícaras (chá) de água morna
• 1 cebola media ralada
• 1 cenoura pequena ralada
• ½ abobrinha ralada
• 2 colheres (sopa) de Molho de Alho Kenko
• ½ xícara (chá) de cebolinha picada
• 10 colheres (sopa) de Molho Barbecue Picante Kenko
• 2 ovos
• 1 xícara (chá) de fécula de batata
• 1 xícara (chá) de aveia em flocos finos
• Fio de óleo

Modo de preparo

  1. Em um recipiente, coloque a proteína de soja. Em um outro, misture a água com o Sakura Light eregue por cima da proteína, deixe por uns minutos até que esteja hidratada e macia.
  2. Acrescente a cebola, cenoura, abobrinha, Molho de Alho Kenko, cebolinha, o Molho Barbecue Picante Kenko e os ovos, misture bem.
  3. Acrescente a fécula de batata e a aveia, misture tudo até dar liga que consigar fazer formato de hambúrgueres ou almôndegas em bolinhas pequenas.
  4. Frite o hambúrguer com um fio de óleo, até dourar ambos os lados. Se desejar pincele mais molho em ambos os lados e vá grelhando.

Dica: Sirva o hambúrguer em pão  acompanhado de queijo, cebola caramelizada e o Molho Barbecue Picante Kenko.
