Hambúrguer de Lentilha

Ingredientes

• 1 xícara (chá) de lentilha
• 1 ½ xícara (chá) de aveia
• ½ cebola picada
• 1 colher de sopa de Molho de Alho Kenko
• ½ tomate sem semente picado
• ¼ de xícara (chá) de cheiro verde picado
• Pimenta de Cheiro Kenko picada
• ¼ de xícara (chá) de Sakura Tradicional
• ½ colher (chá) de orégano
• ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo para empanar
• óleo para grelhar

Modo de preparo

  1. Deixe a lentilha de molho em água de um dia para o outro.
  2. Cozinhe a lentilha por cerca de 15 minutos ou até que esteja macia, escorra, deixe esfriar e a amasse com um garfo até obter uma pasta.
  3. Misture todos os ingredientes e com as mãos molde hambúrgueres, passe pela farinha de trigo e reserve.
  4. Sobre uma frigideira anti aderente aqueça o óleo e grelhe os hambúrgueres dos dois lados.

Dica: Sirva com Molho de Pimenta Kenko.
