Quibe com Carne de Soja

Ingredientes

  • 3 xícaras (chá) de proteína texturizada de soja (PTS) granulada
  • ½ xícara (chá) de trigo para quibe, hidratado e espremido.
  • 1 ovo
  • ¾ xícara (chá) de Sakura Light
  • Suco de um limão
  • ½ xícara (chá) de hortelã picada
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de Molho de Alho Kenko
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Molho de Pimenta Kenko

Modo de preparo

  1. Em duas tigelas distintas, coloque a PTS e o trigo, cubra com a água quente e aguarde por 30 minutos. Escorra com a ajuda de uma peneira, lave com água fria, esprema e reserve em um recipiente grande.
  2. Pegue uma tigela média, coloque a proteína texturizada de soja (PTS), o trigo, o ovo, o Sakura Light, o suco do limão, a hortelã, o Molho de Alho Kenko e o Molho de Pimenta Kenko. Misture bem.
  3. Acrescente a mistura em um refratário (20x30cm) e nivele a superfície amassando com a ajuda de uma colher;
  4. Leve ao forno médio (180° C), pré-aquecido, por 30 minutos ou até que a superfície esteja crocante. Sirva em seguida.

Dica: Antes de assar, pincele Sakura Light na superfície da preparação.
