Salada de Missô

Salada de Missô

Ingredientes

  • 3 batatas médias cozidas, sem pele e cortadas em cubos
  • 2 cenouras cozidas sem cascas e cortadas em cubos
  • 2 pepinos lavados e cortados em cubos
  • 1 vidro (300g) de Palmito Kenko cortado em rodela
  • 1 xícara de salsinha picada
  • 1 lata de milho verde
  • 1 cebola média ralada
  • 2 latas de atum
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de maionese
  • ¾ xícara (chá) de Missô Shiro
  • 2 xícaras de batatas palha

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela grande, forre com uma folha de papel alumínio e coloque as batatas, as cenouras, os pepinos, o Palmito Kenko, a salsinha, o milho verde, a cebola, o atum, a maionese e o Missô Shiro e misture bem.
  2. Acrescente a salada em uma forma de sua preferência, deixe na geladeira por 2 horas, desinforme e decore com batatas palha. Sirva em seguida.

Tempo de preparo: 10 minutos + 2 horas de geladeira
