Salada de Soja

Ingredientes

  • 500g de soja descascada
  • 1 ½ litro de água
  • 2 tomates médios sem sementes e em cubinhos
  • ½ xícara (chá) de salsinha picada
  • 1 pepino japonês médio em cubinhos
  • 5 colheres (sopa) de Vinagre de Arroz Kenko
  • ½ xícara de (chá) de Sakura Light
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de Molho de Alho Kenko

Modo de preparo

  1. Deixe a soja de molho na água de um dia para o outro.
  2. Em uma panela de pressão coloque a água e a soja. Em fogo alto cozinhe e após abrir fervura, deixando por 5 minutos ou até que amoleça. Escorra, deixe esfriar e reserve.
  3. Em uma tigela, misture os tomates, a salsinha, o pepino, e faça um molho com o Vinagre de Arroz Kenko, o Sakura Light, o azeite e o Molho de Alho Kenko. Despeje esse molho por cima da soja. Misture e sirva em seguida.

Dica: Coloque Gergelim Tostado Preto Kenko sobre a preparação.
