Ingredientes

  • 2 cenouras cozidas e em cubinhos
  • 1 xícara (chá) de vagem cozida e fatiada
  • 350g de mandioquinha cozida e em cubos
  • 1 cebola roxa em cubos
  • 2 colheres (chá) de sal
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Vinagre de Arroz Kenko
  • 3 ovos cozidos e cortados em fatias
  • 2 tomates cortado em fatias
  • Molho para Salada Rose Kenko à gosto

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela, coloque a cenoura, a vagem, a mandioquinha e a cebola roxa. Tempere com o sal, o azeite, o Vinagre de Arroz Kenko e reserve.
  2. Pegue um prato grande e redondo, disponha uma fatia de tomate e uma fatia de ovos em toda volta, despeje com cuidado a mistura de legumes no centro e sirva com o Molho para Salada Rose Kenko.
