Frango ao Molho Agridoce e Vegetais

Frango ao Molho Agridoce e Vegetais

Ingredientes

  • 600 g de peito de frango em tiras
  • Sal a gosto
  • 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo (140 g)
  • 2 ovos misturados
  • 1 xícara (chá) de Farinha Panko Kenko (70 g)
  • 1 garrafa de óleo (900 ml)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite (30 ml)
  • 1 cebola fatiada (200 g)
  • 1/2 pimentão vermelho em tiras finas (100 g)
  • ½ xícara (chá) de Molho Agridoce Kenko (90 ml)
  • 1 colher (chá) de Molho de Pimenta Kenko (5 ml)

Modo de preparo

  1. Tempere as tiras de frango com sal e empane-as, passando primeiro pela farinha de trigo, depois pelo ovo e, por último, na Farinha Panko Kenko. Leve à geladeira por 30 minutos.
  2. Em uma panela no fogo médio, aqueça o óleo e frite as tirinhas de frango até dourarem. Reserve.
  3. Em uma frigideira no fogo médio, aqueça o azeite, adicione a cebola e o pimentão e refogue até que fiquem macios. Adicione o Molho Agridoce Kenko e o Molho de Pimenta Kenko, misture aos legumes e acrescente o frango.
  4. Misture rapidamente e sirva.

Rendimento: 4 porções

Tempo de Preparo: 20 minutos

Variação: substitua as tirinhas de frango pela mesma quantidade de tiras de carne bovina ou suína – nesse caso, ao invés de empanar, salteie-as antes de refogar a cebola e o pimentão e continue a receita conforme indicado.

Dica: sirva com Arroz Koshihikari Sakura.
