Macarronada com Missô

Ingredientes

  • 1 xícara (chá) de proteína texturizada de soja (PTS)
  • 1 ½ xícara (chá) de água quente
  • 1 colher (sopa) de óleo
  • 1 cebola picada
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Molho de Alho Kenko
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Sakura Picante
  • 1 lata de molho de tomate tradicional
  • 1 colher (chá) de açúcar
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de Missô Shiro
  • 500g de macarrão cozido
  • Queijo ralado a gosto
  • 1 xícara (chá) de manjericão

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela média, coloque a PTS, água quente e deixe por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Passe na água fria esprema e reserve.
  2. Pegue uma panela média, leve ao fogo alto, despeje o óleo, aqueça e refogue a cebola até ficar transparente.
  3. Acrescente a PTS, tempere com Molho de Alho Kenko e Sakura Picante e mexa até começar a dourar.
  4. Adicione o molho de tomate e junte na preparação.
  5. Coloque o açúcar e o Missô Shiro, deixe até dissolver e misture esse molho com o macarrão.
  6. Polvilhe o queijo ralado, decore com manjericão e sirva em seguida.
