Ingredientes

  • 1 kg de batatinhas lavada
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de água
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de azeite
  • 1 ½ colheres (sopa) de Missô Shiro
  • 2 ½ colheres (sopa) de Vinagre de Arroz Kenko
  • 1 colher (sopa) de açúcar
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de limão
  • ½ xícara (chá) de salsinha picada

Modo de preparo

  1. Cozinhe as batatas até que fiquem ao dente.
  2. Enquanto isso, prepare o tempero: em um recipiente médio, misture o azeite, o Missô Shiro, o Vinagre de Arroz Kenko, o açúcar, o limão e a salsinha até virar um molho homogêneo.
  3. Assim que as batatas estiverem cozidas, disponha-as em um recipiente e tempere com o molho.
  4. Espere esfriar e deixe na geladeira de um dia para outro.
  5. Sirva fria.

Dica: Utilize este molho em saladas de folhas.
