Costelinha com Missô

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 xícara (chá) de Missô Shiro
  • 1 xícara (chá) de Sake Mirin Kenko
  • 1/3 xícara (chá) de açúcar
  • 1kg de costela suína em pedaços pequenos
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo

PREPARO

  1. Faça um molho com o Missô Shiro, Sakê Mirim Kenko e o açúcar. Mergulhe os pedaços das costelas nesse molho e deixe marinando na geladeira por aproximadamente 3 horas.
  2. Em uma frigideira antiaderente grande, aqueça o óleo e coloque as costelinhas até dourar todos os lados.
  3. Em seguida, acrescente metade do molho que sobrou da marinada e a mesma medida de água, tampe a frigideira e deixe-as no fogo até ficarem totalmente cozidas por dentro. No final o molho irá secar, deixe as costelas um pouco mais no fogo sem tampar a frigideira, deixe-as dourar. Desliguei e sirva.

Dica: sirva acompanhado com os Molhos de Pimenta Bravo.
