Almôndega Sakura

Ingredientes

  • 2 colheres (sopa) de leite (30 ml)
  • 1 ovo
  • Folhas de ½ ramo de salsinha
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Molho Inglês Kenko (15 ml)
  • 1 colher (chá) de Molho de Pimenta Calabresa Kenko (5 ml)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Mostarda Kenko (30 g)
  • 50 g de queijo parmesão ralado
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de rosca (20 g)
  • ½ colher (chá) de sal (3 g)
  • 500 g de carne moída
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de azeite

Preparo

Com exceção da carne moída e do azeite, bata todos os ingredientes em um processador até obter uma mistura homogênea. Misture à carne e, com as mãos, faça bolinhas de aproximadamente 30 g. Coloque as almôndegas em uma assadeira, regue com o azeite e asse a 200 °C por 25 minutos em forno preaquecido.

Sirva com o molho de sua preferência.
