Bolinho de Carne

Ingredientes

  • 3 pães amanhecidos
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de água
  • 300g de carne bovina moída
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de Sakura Premium
  • ½ cebola picada
  • 4 dentes de alho picado
  • Salsinha picada a gosto
  • ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
  • Sal a gosto
  • Óleo para fritar

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela, coloque os pães e a água, deixe por 20 minutos. Em seguida esprema e reserve.
  2. Em uma panela, acrescente a carne, o Sakura Premium, a cebola, o alho, a salsinha, a farinha de trigo e o sal e misture com as mãos. Acrescente a mistura do pão e a água e misture tudo novamente.
  3. Em uma frigideira com óleo frite os bolinhos em colheradas até dourar por fora e cozinhar por dentro. Sirva em seguida.

Dica: Sirva acompanhado de Molho Barbecue Kenko.
