Carne com Brócolis, Tofu e Missô

Ingredientes

• 300g de carne bovina em fatias
• 3 ½ colheres (sopa) de Missô Aka
• 2 colher (sopa) de Óleo de Gergelim Kenko
• 3 colher (sopa) de Vinagre de Arroz Kenko
• 2 colher (sopa) de açúcar
• Óleo vegetal
• ½ brócolis pequeno cortado em pequenos buquês
• 1 caixa de tofu

Modo de preparo

  1. Em um recipiente médio, coloque a carne, tempere com o Missô Aka, o Óleo de Gergelim Kenko, o Vinagre de Arroz Kenko e o açúcar. Misture tudo e leve para marinar na geladeira por aproximadamente 45 minutos.
  2. Em uma panela antiaderente, coloque um fio de óleo, quando estiver quente, refogue os cubos de tofu até ficarem dourados.
  3. Nessa mesma panela, em fogo alto, despeje a carne e refogue por aproximadamente 8 minutos ou até mudar a cor. Acrescente o brócolis e deixe por mais 4 minutos ou até que esteja “al dente”. Sirva em seguida.
