Carne de Soja com Escarola

Ingredientes

• 2 xícaras (chá) de proteína texturizada de soja (PTS)
• ¾ xícara (chá) de Sakura Light
• 1 xícara (chá) de água
• 1 colher (sopa) de azeite
• 3 dentes de algo triturado
• 1 pé pequeno de escarola fatiada

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela coloque a PTS, o Sakura Light e a água, deixe hidratando por 30 minutos;
  2. Em uma panela aqueça o azeite, acrescente o alho e a escarola, refogue por aproximadamente 5 minutos.
  3. Adicione a PTS e mexa bem. Sirva em seguida.

Dica: Adicione algumas gotas de Molho de Pimenta Bravo de sua preferência na preparação.
