Ingredientes

• 500g de carne seca
• 1kg de mandioquinha
• 1 lata de creme de leite
• 3 ½ colheres (sopa) de Missô Aká
• 1 ½ colher (sopa) de manteiga
• 2 colheres (sopa) de Tempero Caseiro Kenko
• 100g de queijo ralado

Modo de preparo

  1. Deixe a carne seca na água de um dia para o outro, trocando a água 4 vezes.
  2. Cozinhe a mandioquinha por aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até amolecer.
  3. Enquanto isso, acrescente a carne seca na panela de pressão, cubra com a água e leve em fogo alto por 30 minutos após levantar fervura.
  4. Descasque a mandioquinha e esprema até virar um purê. Adicione o creme de leite, o Missô Aká e a manteiga, mexa bem e reserve.
  5. Com a ajuda de dois garfos, desfie a carne retirando a gordura e refogue com o Tempero Caseiro Kenko. Reserve.
  6. Em um refratário, disponha a carne, acrescente o purê por cima, polvilhe o queijo ralado e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 30 minutos ou até gratinar. Sirva em seguida.

Tempo de preparo: 60 minutos + 30 minutos de forno + 12 horas para dessalgar a carne
