Lombo Assado com Molho Barbecue

Ingredientes

  • 1,2 kg de lombo
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Molho de Alho Kenko
  • 1 embalagem de Molho Barbecue Kenko 370g                               
  • 1 vidro de Cogumelo em conserva Kenko 200g
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de salsinha picada

Modo de preparo

  1. Em um recipiente coloque o lombo, o Molho de Alho e metade do Molho Barbecue Kenko, deixe marinando por 30 minutos.
  2. Em uma assadeira, com papel alumínio fazendo um envelope, coloque o lombo e asse por 40 minutos. Após esse tempo, abra e pincele o restante do molho barbecue e asse por mais 20 minutos. 
  3. Em uma panela aqueça a manteiga, refogue os cogumelos fatiados e salpique salsinha. Reserve.
  4. Retire o lombo da assadeira e fatie. Disponha em uma travessa e decore com os cogumelos por cima.
