Salada de Bifum Agridoce

Ingredientes

Molho:

  • 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite (45 ml)
  • 1 colher (chá) de Óleo de Gergelim Kenko (5 ml)
  • 5 colheres (sopa) de Molho Sweet Chilli  Blue Dragon (75 g)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão (15 m)
  • Sal a gosto

Salada:

  • ½ litro de água
  • 180 g de bifum
  • 200 g de peito de peru em tiras
  • 1 pepino japonês em palitos
  • 1 cebola roxa em meia-lua
  • 1 cenoura em palitos
  • ½ xícara (chá) de amendoim torrado e salgado (90 g)
  • 2 ramos de cebolinha fatiados
  • 1 colher (sopa) Gergelim Preto Tostado Kenko

Modo de preparo

Molho: misture todos os ingredientes até homogeneizar.

Salada: ferva ½ litro de água e reserve em uma tigela com o bifum por 5 minutos. Escorra e deixe o bifum na peneira por 5 minutos.

Misture o bifum ao molho e os outros ingredientes e sirva.

Rendimento: 4 porções

Tempo de Preparo: 20 minutos

Dica: Para deixar o pepino crocante e suavizar o sabor da cebola, deixe-os cortados em água gelada por 30 minutos antes de preparar.
