Founded in 1940, Sakura Nakaya Alimentos is a pioneer in the manufacture of shoyu and miso and, as an icon among consumers, maintains its leadership in the market. In this 80-year trajectory, Sakura has made constant investments in technology, equipment and the development of new products. Today, with its brand – in addition to Missô, Kenko, Aji No Shoyu and Cereja – it has in its more than 300 items portfolio with which dominates the market for liquid sauces, seasonings, preserves and products for Asian cuisine.
