Rocambole à Moda Missô

Ingredientes

  • 700g de carne bovina moída
  • 2 ovos
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Molho de Pimenta Kenko
  • ½ xícara (chá) de Missô Shiro
  • ½ xícara (chá) de cheiro verde picado
  • 200g de presunto
  • 200g de mussarela
  • 110g de aspargos em conserva
  • Sakura Premium para pincelar

Modo de preparo

  1. Em uma tigela média, coloque a carne, os ovos, o Molho de Pimenta Kenko, o Missô Shiro e o cheiro verde. Amasse e misture bem até formar uma massa homogênea.
  2. Abra a massa (2 cm de espessura) de carne sobre um pedaço de plástico próprio para alimentos, acrescente sobre a massa o presunto, a mussarela e o aspargo. Com a ajuda do plástico, enrole formando um rocambole.
  3. Descarte o plástico, pincele Sakura Premium na superfície do rocambole e leve ao forno pré-aquecido (180°C) durante 30 minutos, ou até que o mesmo esteja assado por dentro e dourado por fora. Sirva em seguida.
