Ingredientes

  • ½ folha de Yaki Sushi Nori Kenko
  • 1 tigela com água (para molhar as pontas dos dedos)
  • ½ xícara (chá) de Arroz Sakura cozido e temperado (verifique a receita Arroz para Sushi)
  • Kani, pepino e manga em tiras ou um peixe (salmão ou atum) picado
  • Gergelim Tostado Preto e/ou Branco Kenko a gosto
  • Cebolinha fatiada a gosto
  • Sakura Premium a gosto

Preparo

  1. Coloque uma folha de Yaki Sushi Nori Kenko sobre a palma da mão, com o lado brilhante para baixo.
  2. Umedeça as pontas dos dedos da outra mão com a água e espalhe o Arroz Sakura temperado do lado esquerdo da alga, até a metade da folha.
  3. No sentido da diagonal, em cima do arroz, disponha o recheio de sua preferência (kani, pepino sem sementes e manga em tiras, salmão ou atum picados)
  4. Dobre a ponta esquerda inferior do nori em direção ao canto direito superior, envolvendo o arroz e o recheio.
  5. Enrole até formar um cone. Se o recheio for de peixe, salpique o Gergelim Tostado Preto e/ou Branco Kenko e cebolinha por cima do arroz.
  6. O temaki está pronto. Sirva acompanhado com o Sakura Premium.
